Hello to anyone who stumbles (or gets pushed) into catching up with our travels.
Driven by new EU rules governing the Shengen area since Brexit, we will travel to Türkiye for a six week foray outside of the EU and in all probability outside of our usual MOHO comfort zone. Leaving on 17th April, with two weeks to get there and two weeks to return chez nous, we’ll still have a couple of months allocation for our autumn sojourn.
Türkiye, like many other countries in recent years, has seen a proliferation of caravan and MOHO ownership. Unfortunately, it seems that the availability of, and suitability of existing camp sites is lacking. They haven’t yet caught up. So we’ve been planning for the worse and hoping for the best.
The worse being a lack of available wine and the hope being that squat toilets are few and far between!
